Your cottage, daily housekeeping, all utilities, fast Wi-Fi, beach access, beach towels, and access to both on-site restaurants. Breakfast can be added for $25 per person per day.

A 30% deposit is taken when you book, by credit card via Stripe. The balance is due on arrival and can be paid by card or in cash (USD or EC dollars).

Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before arrival. 50% refund 7–14 days out. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. We're flexible on changes — just let us know early.

November through April is the dry, breezy high season — daily highs around 27–29°C, low humidity, near-zero rain. May–October is hotter and lusher, with brief afternoon showers and our quietest, most discounted rates.

Yes. The Hibiscus and Coconut cottages are best for families. The bay outside is shallow and calm — great for younger swimmers. We can arrange a babysitter with one day's notice.

Sorry, no pets — Antigua's animal-import rules are strict and we don't have facilities for them on-site.

Absolutely. Both The Fish Shack and Sunset Bar & Kitchen are open to non-residents. Reservations recommended for dinner — drop us an email.

Antigua's beaches are all public by law, but the stretch in front of Dennis is quiet, off the main road, and used almost entirely by our guests and a handful of locals. You'll have it largely to yourself.

Each cottage has its own fibre Wi-Fi line. We've had guests run video calls and Zoom workshops with no issues.

Yes, every cottage has AC in the bedrooms. Living areas are designed for trade-wind cross-ventilation but also have ceiling fans.
